Terms & Conditions

By purchasing a subscription, you agree to a one-time payment for the selected plan (3, 6, or 12 months). Subscriptions do not auto-renew. You will receive one illustrated letter per month for the duration of your plan.

Letters are shipped via standard post. Estimated delivery is 5–14 business days from dispatch. We ship to the United States, Canada, United Kingdom, Australia, and New Zealand. We are not responsible for delays caused by postal services.

Once a subscription has been purchased and the first letter dispatched, we are unable to offer refunds. If you have not yet received your first letter, please contact us within 14 days of purchase. We review all requests on a case-by-case basis.

We reserve the right to make changes to the content, design, or delivery schedule of letters. We will notify existing subscribers of any significant changes.
